I wonder which source port you use the most or it's your favorite. Mine is zdoom, cuz it's basically compatible with everything and I can play mods. For speedrunning I usually use crispy-doom.

I usually use crispy-doom. Unless the wad has compatibility issues then I switch to zdoom too. This applies also for testing maps with doom builder

I use Pr-Boom-Plus for most of my wads, I use the UDMF fork specifically just so I can have coloured blood, I enjoy GZDoom for mods sometimes too and Crispy Doom if I'm feeling nostalgic.

PrBoom-plus is the port I used most since I joined doomer boards. Although would definitely revisit Chocolate Doom for vanilla wads (I like oldschool rendering), and of course Gzdoom for gzdoom-exclusive TCs. There is also Edge, I played some TCs for it, also I helped Lobo write a script that performs the conversion of regular Doom doors to sliding doors, and it seems that this port makes a lot of advanced stuff easy for the mapper. Basically, you map in regular Doom 2 format but you can add special linedef actions which will do what you defined them to do via writing a definition for them, and this can be anything, proper deep water effects, sliding doors and whatnot.

I use ZDoom 2.8.1 and the latest k8vavoom.(What's the word for using whichever one you feel like again?) The only thing keeping me from completely abandoning ZDoom and always using k8vavoom is ZDoom's software renderer.

I use DSDA-Doom and Choco-render for playtesting, DSDA-Doom for speedrunning, From Doom With Love for blind playthroughs, GZDoom for mods, Zandronum for multiplayer.

Mostly DSDA-Doom lately, altho since the -warp bug in Woof! was fixed, I'll probably go back to that. Altho Crispy had me feelin' some kinda' way for a hot minute; I think I'll stick to it for personal playthroughs of limit-removing WADs in the future.

Generally Zdoom 2.8.1 For limit removing Heretic I'd use crispy
